Where do you ship?
The Mondosol Shop ships to most countries worldwide from our locations in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, and Spain, with partner facilities in Japan, Brazil, and Australia.
We are able to ship with express (fast shipping) and standard. We choose the most suitable carrier for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your products will typically ship within 2-5 business days of your order, and then take up to 5 business days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Mondosol Shop has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
Over 95% of our orders are being shipped within 5 business days, and more than 75% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. For more information about shipping rates, times, and policies see our Shipping page. The Mondosol Shop does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.
Are customs, VAT, or duty fees included in the order?
For customers outside the United States, please be aware that you - or the recipient, if you are sending a gift - may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by governmental authorities in the country where the package is shipped to, and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. Your package may be held by your local post office if additional import fees are required. If you choose not to pay these fees and do not pick up your package, The Mondosol Shop is not able to refund your shipping costs.
Where is my order?
All Priority Mail orders include a delivery tracking code, however the tracking does not update for some countries once clearing customs. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email for the appropriate tracking link. In most countries you are able to use the tracking number we provide on your national postal service website. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. For international orders, your package may be held by your local post office if additional import fees are required.
What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?
In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately (email@example.com) and we will address the specific issue. For international orders, we ask that you please wait 5 weeks from ordering before assuming the item is lost. For damaged goods, please contact us and include photographs of the damage. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us. For more information see our Refund Policies page.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
At this time, we are not able to make any changes to orders once they are placed. This includes removing an item, adding an item, combining multiple orders into one, delaying shipment, upgrading shipping method, changing an address, or cancelling the order. Once you submit your order our team automatically starts processing it in an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure to confirm that everything is correct in your cart before submitting your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

Mondosol is located in Hønefoss. We are conveniently situated close to Oslo in Norway (Europe). I hope this helps.
