How the referral flow works?

 

  1. Our Customer Advocate refers their friend by sending them the referral URL. 


  2. When customer B clicks the URL and enters their email, they will get their reward. They will then have the ability to click 'Apply Code' - which directly adds the code to their shopping cart.


  3. If they then go on to make a purchase, the Advocate will get their reward.

Sending referrals from the customer panel


With a Mondosol referral program, our customers are encouraged to share their referrals from directly within the customer panel. By default the sharing options are Facebook, Twitter, and email.

Advocates can also copy and paste their referral url and send it to friends and family wherever they like.

Note: if a customer has checked out as a guest before, or entered their email in any capacity they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.

Log in to invite your friends to Mondosol and share your discount code via email, Facebook or Twitter.  When you send a friend, you and your friend get $17, when you make a purchase for $77 minimum. 

Your available credit automatically appears on the launcher on the left and you need to copy and paste your coupon code on the checkout page of your order.

     Do you need help?

    Step 1:  Create an Account or do the Login.

     

    If you do not have a Mondosol Account you can create one for FREE from this link, or from the yellow button "Start earning rewards" or the icon of the man on the top right corner menu.

     

     

     

    If you already have a Mondosol account, simply login clicking on the link here, or the icon of the man on the top right corner menu. You enter in the Mondosol Referral program that offers value to the sender and receiver. Here is how.

    Sender's Reward:

    This reward is issued to the person sending the link that refers to Mondosol.  The sender is only rewarded after the receiver has completed a purchase.

    Receiver's Reward:

    This reward is issued to the person sent to the Mondosol store.  This reward can be redeemed from the first purchase with Mondosol.

    Mondosol rewards customers with $ 17 discount for their next purchase.

    Step 2: How to do it...

    If you want to get the most of our referral program, you have to make sure to share our brand in the right place.  

    In order to do this:

    1. you need to login
    2. click on the yellow button "Start Earning Rewards". In the small window you can interact with the program for Rewards and Referrals. 
    3. You can share your personal link in different ways.

       Spread the word
    This is an easy way to share your link directly with people that might be interested in Mondosol. Share your link with your wider network (Facebook, Twitter, Email) to reach more people, including those that might not be interested in Mondosol.

     

    Knowing who are the people interested and how to interact with them will help you get your Rewards. Here are the two type of channels.

    Public Channels (Facebook, Twitter):

    Public referral channels put our brand in front of your social audience, giving you the opportunity to make a strong impression.

    Private Channels (Email):

    Private referral channel is a great choice for operating in a private and personal way (more intimate).

    Mondosol rewards both you and your friends with 17 USD dollars for the next purchase in Mondosol store.

    At least one private and one public referral channel will encourage your friends to take more action.

    Step 3: Select another way to earn cash.
