We're closely communicating with our partners to make sure they can supply us with adequate stock levels. Consumers are generally more patient during this time, as even Amazon has expressed that it's experiencing delays of up to 1 month.
What Is ePacket Delivery?
ePacket delivery is one of the most popular shipping methods. As one of the fastest delivery methods, ePacket China allows Mondosol to ship internationally. You can use China Post to monitor your ePacket tracking package.
Most products are manufactured in China or Hong Kong. And this is one reason why Mondosol products are relatively inexpensive. Many have asked “why buy a cheap product if shipping fees are high and wait times are long?”
Formerly, products purchased from China were shipped by sea. This meant delivery could take 8+ weeks. This meant our customers had to wait longer to receive their products.
Fortunately, ePacket tracking shows that most orders come within 30 days. When you check your ePacket track data, you might notice many packages arrive sooner.
Now, ePacket China Post tracking allows people to order affordable products from China with low shipping costs.
What Is ePacket Delivery?
ePacket delivery is an agreement between the US Postal Service and Hongkong Post. The goal is to increase international e commerce sales for China. It allows for faster ePacket delivery of products coming from China and Hong Kong to the United States.
Mondosol can send small packages weighing up to 2 kg (4.4 lbs). The maximum length of the package can only be 24” (60cm) and the total length, height and thickness of the package cannot be more than 36” (90cm).The value of the package also needs to be less than $400.

Keep in mind that it’s not possible to offer free shipping on all products. If the package is under 24″ x 36″ and less than 2kg it qualifies for ePacket shipping. Notably, this type of ePacket delivery method must be shipped from either China or Hong Kong.

ePacket Tracking – How to Track ePacket Delivery from China
It’s important to learn how to track ePacket. ePacket shipping also features ePacket tracking and delivery confirmation in the US Postal Service network.
There are a few ways to track your ePacket delivery.
The first is to get ePacket tracking codes from Mondosol and use one of the official websites, depending where your shipment is in transit. While the package is still in China, use EMS. When your package is in the USA for example, use USPS.

A product delivered with ePacket shipping is typically delivered within 7-30 days. The delivery method to the US is typically faster than other countries around the world. This is likely due to high order volumes from the US due to the size of their population allowing for more frequent trips. Yet, compared to standard ePacket China Post deliveries (sometimes up to 60 days), countries around the world receive their packages much faster when using ePacket shipping.

Will the customer have to pay customs/duties/taxes with ePacket shipping?
ePacket deliveries go through traditional customs clearances which may require customers to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival. It’s also best to check with your local laws to see when you would have to pay duties/taxes on imported purchases and for what kinds of items.
You should also ask the merchant shipping the item if there may be any duties or taxes owed on arrival. They might have a lot of experiencing shipping to your country already and have a better idea of whether or not duties/taxes will be owed on arrival.
This isn’t an ePacket shipping issue but an international shipping one. For best-selling items, Mondosol may want to contact our suppliers to find out about customs fees.
Notably, products with ePacket to Canada, or other international countries, may have slightly higher shipping fees and lengthier delivery times. Often, free ePacket shipping is only for the US.
