It's ok if you changed your mind. These things happen.
If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice.
If you purchased the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we'll swap it over no questions asked.

- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, wrong size) with a picture
- What you'd like (exchange or refund)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept refunds for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once the refund case is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your refund case.
